I’m a postpartum doula, baby massage instructor, and passionate advocate for nurturing the parent-baby bond. As the Founder of The Bond Wellbeing, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of new mothers through the joys and challenges of early connection. I’ve watched as bonding unfolds naturally, sometimes instantly, and other times more slowly, shaped by each parent and baby’s unique journey.

I’ve also experienced this firsthand in my own motherhood journey - the wonder, the doubts, the evolving connection with my own babies as we learned about each other over time.
